My Recycle Team Privacy Policy
Version 1 (10/10/26)
This policy explains what Tiedemann Globe Incorporated ("TGI") collects about collectors and visitors on collectors.tiedemannglobe.com and at the TGI front office, and what it does with it.
What TGI collects
- At sign-up: your legal name, email, phone number (optional), mailing address, preferred language, taxpayer identification number (TIN), bank routing and account numbers and account type, your typed signature, the date, time and internet address of your signature, your sponsor's referral code and your choice about electronic delivery of Form 1099-NEC.
- At the front office: your appointments, your ID check (the type of ID, whether the name matches, whether you are 18 or older, who checked and when; TGI does not store ID numbers), your signed ownership pledges, the weights and grades of your drop-offs and your receipts.
- From pay: your pay, team bonuses, carried balances, payouts and statements.
- On the site: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in. TGI uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
How TGI protects your TIN and bank numbers
Your TIN and bank numbers are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored. Only their last 4 digits are ever shown, on the site, in emails and in your signed sign-up documents. They are never shared except to pay you and to file required tax forms: your bank numbers go to TGI's bank to pay you by ACH, and your TIN goes to the IRS on Form 1099-NEC when the law requires it.
What your sponsors see
Your sponsor and the two sponsors above them see only your first name, the initial of your last name and your accepted pounds for each month. They never see your pay, contact details, address, TIN or bank details. Likewise, you see only that much about your own team.
How TGI uses your information
- To check that you can join, to activate your account and to buy your items at the front office.
- To pay you and your sponsors, and to send you sign-in links, receipts, payout notices, statements and notices of rate changes by email.
- To file required tax forms and to apply federal backup withholding when the IRS requires it.
- To meet the law and to enforce the Collector Agreement.
TGI does not sell or rent your information, does not use it for advertising and does not send you promotional email or text messages.
Who else handles it
TGI uses service providers to run the site and send email: website hosting, a database host and an email delivery service. They handle your information only for TGI. TGI may also give information to a government agency when the law requires it.
How long TGI keeps it
TGI keeps your records while you are a collector and afterwards for as long as tax and other laws require (tax records at least 4 years).
If your data may have been taken
If TGI learns that your TIN or bank data may have been taken, TGI emails you within 45 days after it determines there was a breach, with the date of the breach, the data involved and the contact details of the three credit reporting agencies and the Federal Trade Commission. If more than 1,000 people are affected, TGI also notifies the Arizona Attorney General, the Arizona Department of Homeland Security and the three credit reporting agencies in writing (A.R.S. 18-552).
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your information, change your preferred language or withdraw your consent to electronic delivery of Form 1099-NEC by writing to recyclepartner@tiedemannglobe.com or to TGI, 806 S 56th Ave, Phoenix AZ 85043. TGI cannot delete records the law requires it to keep.
Age
The program and this site are for people 18 or older only.
Changes
TGI posts any change to this policy on this site and emails collectors about any change that affects them.
