My Recycle Team Site Terms

These terms cover the use of collectors.tiedemannglobe.com (the "site"), which Tiedemann Globe Incorporated ("TGI"), 806 S 56th Ave, Phoenix AZ 85043, runs for My Recycle Team. My Recycle Team is a collection program of TGI, not a separate company.

Who can use the site

Anyone may read the public pages. Only people 18 or older may sign up. Collectors' work with TGI is governed by the Collector Agreement; if these terms and the Collector Agreement differ, the Collector Agreement controls.

Your account

• You sign in with a link TGI emails to you. Each link works once and expires after 30 minutes. Keep your email account secure and do not forward sign-in links.
• Give true, complete information and keep it current. Signing up for someone else, or under a false name, TIN or bank account, is not allowed.
• TGI may refuse or end access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms or the Collector Agreement. Pay already earned is still paid.

What the site shows

• The rates on the site are TGI's published per-pound rates. They change only with 30 days' notice on the site and by email.
• The site never promises or predicts any amount of pay. What a collector is paid depends only on the accepted pounds actually sold to TGI.
• Receipts, payouts and statements in your account come from TGI's records. If something looks wrong, tell TGI and it will check.

Acceptable use

Do not try to get into other people's accounts, interfere with the site, scrape it, send automated sign-ups or use it to break any law.

No other promises

TGI runs the site with care, but it is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, TGI is not responsible for losses caused by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits TGI's duty to pay what you have earned.

Speaking about TGI

Nothing in these terms limits what you may say about TGI or My Recycle Team, including honest reviews and complaints.

Law

Arizona law governs these terms. Courts in Maricopa County, Arizona hear any dispute about them.
